Introducing one of Bintang’s new and signature Pandan Old Fashioned is a type of cocktail that combines traditional Old Fashioned ingredients with the unique flavour of pandan leaves. Pandan is a tropical plant commonly used in Southeast Asian cuisine for its sweet, nutty flavor. In this cocktail, the pandan flavor is typically incorporated through the use of a special pandan-infused simple syrup.
The Pandan Old Fashioned typically contains whiskey, our special pandan-infused simple syrup, and bitters. The ingredients are mixed together and served over ice, typically in a rocks glass. This cocktail offers a unique twist on the classic Old Fashioned, combining the familiar flavors of whiskey and bitters with the sweet and nutty flavor of pandan.
