CAMDEN · SINCE 1987

London's oldest Filipino restaurant, in Camden Town since 1987

We opened on Kentish Town Road in 1987 and never moved. Nearly forty years later, Bintang is still the oldest Filipino restaurant in London — same street, same kitchen, same recipes.

The food is Filipino home cooking, made for sharing: kare-kare in a thick peanut sauce, adobo braised slow in vinegar and soy. Order two or three dishes between two, add a bowl of rice, and eat it the way we would at home.

Come for dinner Tuesday to Sunday, brunch at the weekend, or karaoke when the night calls for it. We're a few minutes from Camden Town and Kentish Town — and the big tables at the back are built for birthdays, work dinners, and everyone you've been meaning to feed.
